Kendall Is Kreative.

Kendall was ten when she started her interest in filmmaking, asking her parents to buy her a camcorder because she wanted to make things like what she saw on television. From that point on, she found her calling in film. She now lives every day doing what she loves most, in hopes to inspire those that watch her work.

She was accepted into Savannah College of Art and Design in Savannah, Georgia, in 2011 and pursued a BFA in Film and Television. She spent her quarters on the Savannah campus learning everything from lighting techniques to working with skilled actors. She decided to broaden her experience by traveling to SCAD’s Lacoste, France location in the summer of 2013 and the summer of 2014. Not only was she working with professors (such as Oscar-winning screenwriter Geoffrey Fletcher and European filmmaker Lubomir Kocka) and fellow students to make films and write screenplays, but she was opened up to making films in a whole other country. The films created during her time in France went on to be shown at the Savannah Film Festival, along with making their way around the film festival circuits including the Szolnok International Film Festival of Fine Arts and premiering on PBS.

After graduating in August 2014, she accepted a job in Los Angeles, CA with Buzzfeed Motion Picture's Editorial video department. She worked to produce, direct, and edit internet media featured on their website, youtube pages, and multiple other platforms that gathered over 15 million views. She, later, accepted a job as a Lead Producer and YouTube Programming Manager at a start-up company called SupertutorTV. She helped the company launch its internet media program that will help and advise high school students looking to get into college. She then accepted a Digital Content Producer position working with Playstation's Vue's All Systems Go, a production funded by Sony and Machinima. She worked on building a bridge between both networks- the TV production and the social media platforms to create a fan-based following and viewership. After the end of All System Go's season, Kendall started working with an app company, Whisper, as they jump into the world of video. Focusing on Facebook video she garnered over 50 million video views as well as worked on ad campaigns with companies like Vans, Ugg, Netflix, and Universal and original content for the web and other digital platforms including Whisper's website, app and social platforms. During the summer of 2017, Kendall started working freelance within the digital media industry doing projects with Popsugar, Time INC (HelloGiggles),  Donut Media, and Buzzfeed's parenting platform, Playful. She also collaborated with many different production companies like Nineteen 87 Productions, Fanology, and Stept Studios creating social content, organizing commercial production, project managing, and much more! She then accepted a position with Omaze, a company rethinking the way people donate to non-profits. As one of the fifty of Fast Company's Most Innovative Companies in the World, Omaze is generating a game-changing platform for so many organizations. Helping raise over $130 million for charities and creating award-winning content are just a few things she can brag about. Focusing on the automotive and travel verticals, she has helped transform the way the company creates content.

Today, Kendall is focusing on expanding her presents in commercials, digital content, and the automotive industry as a freelance creative. Kendall Kreative helps companies and brands find their voices in content. From editing videos to taking pictures, she pushes the boundaries of media.

She also runs content and marketing for a local brewery, Upshift Brewing Company. Using her skills as a creator, she produces content for their social platforms, website, and taproom. This 2020 CBMA winning brewery is a true passion project for her as she experiments with new media, platforms, and explores company marketing.

Along with filmmaking and content creation, she loves to travel to National parks (25 out of 61), enjoys cooking and baking, plays softball, rides motorcycles with her husband, and is an avid photographer taking pictures whenever she can.

“As a creator, I want to look towards the future. I want to see what content can do. Pushing the limits of the ordinary, questioning what making visual media can do and whom it can influence. With every advance, this industry makes it also creates a new contributor that sees things from a whole new perspective. I am that contributor that proceeds to take what people see as ordinary and make it into something no one has ever seen before.”
